With significant experience of marketing, sponsorship and the motorsport world on two and four wheels, Claire is responsible with Gary for the development of the team off the track. She manages all key commercial and marketing aspects including sponsorship, merchandising, hospitality as well as the website and PR. |

| Simon Buckmaster |

Simon has involved with bike racing since 1984. He competed right up to 500cc World Championship level as well as riding for the Norton factory team in the British Championship. After a couple of years commentating following his racing retirement in 1994, Simon has predominantly been involved in team management ever since. Has was Assistant Manager of the Suzuki World Superbike team for four years and Manager of the Kawasaki British Superbike team for two years. From 2003 while Commercial Manager & Race Team Co-ordinator at Honda Racing he oversaw the development of the new Honda CBR600RR and Karl Harris's back-to-back British Supersport Championship victories in 2003 and 2004. He joined Northpoint Ekerold Honda in 2006.

| Pete (PJ) Jennings |

After racing bikes in the British championship for nearly 10 years, competing in every-class except 125s, PJ finally decided to hang up his helmet at the end of 2002 after finishing 4 th in the Supersport Championship and challenging Stuart Easton in a few races. In 2003 with his extensive experience of bit set up and maintenance he was invited to join the then Northpoint Yamaha team to support Tom Sykes in his first Supersport season. He has been Crew Chief for Cal on the Northpoint Ekerold Honda CDR600RR since 2004.

| Stuart Millen |

Although qualified as a Financial Advisor Stuart has been working with bikes since 1999 in either Honda dealerships or for the most part with race teams. As well as working for Roundstone Racing and running his own business build engines and bikes for World Endurance teams and an Isle of Man F2 sidecar team he has also spent two years building engines for Foggy Petronas Racing. Now in his second year with Northpoint Ekerold Honda he enjoys skiing, Italian food and travel to places other than race track when he gets the chance.

Paul has significant experience as a race mechanic having worked with teams including Colin Appleyard Racing and the Red Bull Rookies and has supported riders including Tom Sykes, Andy (Storka) Walker and Jonathan Rae. When hešs not sorting out Calšs bike he runs his own b2b IT support business but also enjoys off road enduro biking and football in his spare time. Paul has worked alongside PJ on Calšs Northpoint Ekerold Honda CDR600RR since 2004. |

| Ben Fry |

Ben started working at Performance Techniques bike performance centre in Letchworth in 2003 and has been working as a full time assistant race mechanic since 2004. Ben joined the team in 2006 and his ambition is to eventually move up to Moto GP and become a crew chief. As well as socialising with friends he also plays football for a local pub team when he's not racing.

| Dan Rack |

Having owned, raced or worked on bikes since he was 13, which apparently is a while ago, Dan could be described as an enthusiast. He started racing in 2001 at the same time as becoming a track day instructor and won his first ever race at Cadwell. He has been a part time race mechanic since 2004 and is also a director of a sheet metal business in Lincolnshire . Apart from bikes and fast cars Dan also enjoys playing guitar, fishing, cycling and squash when he gets the chance.

Jen has been around bikes from an early age. Having studied media she was keen to bring these two interests together and now works with the Team on race weekends with PR support. She works full time for Honda Racing and also has her own web design company although she does enjoy playing drums and
guitar in a band when she gets the time.
